One of my earliest memories is helping (mostly watching) my dad build a wooden bookcase in our garage. That bookcase still stands in my parents’ home today. I learned a lot of things from my dad: how to cut straight, how to stain and finish well, the importance of craftsmanship that lasts, and most of all pride in a job well done. Those lessons have stuck with me throughout my life, and they shape everything I do in my workshop today.
